Abstract /Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings
The purpose of a conference template is to provide a consistent format for papers included in the conference proceedings. PDC conference templates include guidance on:
- Composing and formatting conference papers,
- Formatting tables, images, and formulas, with examples,
- Citing references from the literature.

The abstract and paper submission is done using Microsoft CMT system. If you already do not have account, you will have to register first and then create submission. Access to abstract/paper submission is available here.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
